Text version for Tissue Power!
This is how tissues should be used to help stop germs from spreading:
- You should always blow your nose each time with a new, unfolded tissue.
- When you sneeze or cough you should cover your mouth with a tissue.
- After using a tissue you should always throw it in the bin.
- When you have used a tissue you should wash your hands.
Some actions are not good, as they help spread germs:
- You should not wipe your nose on your hand or sleeve.
- You should not cough into your hand.
- Sniffing is not good, you should blow your nose instead.
- Sneezing without a tissue is not good.
- Not washing your hands after using a tissue can let germs spread.
